I believe healing happens in safe, non-judgmental spaces where you can show up just as you are and explore what matters most.

Hi! I'm Fiona. I am a trauma-informed Registered Psychotherapist (Qaulifying) and a busy mom of two, offering compassionate support to teens, adults, and couples. My approach is warm, practical, and rooted in evidence-based tools to help you feel heard, heal, and grow.
